This flexibility ensures that cancellation can adapt to various operational statuses—whether pending, confirmed, or closed—while also allowing for the charging of cancellation fees if necessary.

Exchange Rates from 30+ Central Banks


For those integrated with Xe.com, you can now fetch real-time exchange rates from over 30 central banks globally. This integration ensures the most up-to-date and accurate financial data access, facilitating better financial decision-making.



Bulk Update of Shipment Dates



Efficiency in operations is key, and our new bulk update feature for shipment dates is a testament to this. Users can now adjust dates for multiple shipments quickly, significantly reducing time and effort. This functionality is accessible via a new dropdown menu, allowing for selections of “Manual,” “Current,” or “All” updates, making it a versatile tool for managing shipment timelines.

Enhanced Data Points on Shipment and Offer Cards



We’ve enriched the shipment and offer cards with additional data points to provide a more detailed and informative overview. Shipment cards now include fields indicating who is responsible for documentation, while offer cards have been updated with vital shipping terms, shipper and consignee information, and shipment types. These enhancements are designed to aid in quicker and more informed decision-making.

Enhanced Shipment Sorting Capabilities



Organizing shipments efficiently is crucial, and our new sorting capabilities reflect this need. Users can now sort shipments by loading, arrival, and pickup/stuffing dates, streamlining workflow and saving valuable time.



Updates to Offers Overview Report



To enhance the customization of data analysis, we’ve upgraded the offers overview report with additional filtering options. Now, users can define specific periods for the ‘last update date’ and ‘creation date’ fields, allowing for more granular insights. Moreover, the updated report enables the selection of origin and destination countries and ports. This level of detail empowers users to tailor the data according to specific operational needs, ensuring that the insights provided are relevant and actionable.

Improvements to the Ageing Report



Our enhancements to the Ageing Report focus on facilitating more tailored financial analysis. The report now includes the ability to filter by specific company offices or currencies. This addition allows financial teams to generate more precise reports that reflect the financial status of distinct parts of the business, accommodating a broader range of analytical needs and helping ensure that financial reporting is both accurate and comprehensive.
