Revamped Invoice and Credit Notes Pages
We have revamped the structure of the pages for viewing invoices, received invoices, and credit notes to enhance your user experience. • Scheduled Reports: Set up the Inactive Clients Report to be delivered regularly. This automation saves time and ensures you’re consistently updated without manual intervention.
• Enhanced Preview Capabilities: Directly access client profiles and generate comprehensive Customer Overview Reports from the preview screen, offering deep insights into each client’s activity and history.
• Additional Report Field: We’ve introduced a new column in the downloadable report that records the date of the customer’s last shipment. This critical information provides valuable context for developing effective client re-engagement strategies.
