Mailgun Integration Update
Our enhanced Mailgun integration now supports sending specific emails, such as user tasks, customer portal notifications, and scheduled reports using generic email addresses. This provides greater flexibility, allowing you to streamline less personalized communication while maintaining professional interactions for essential business correspondence.
Real-Time Connectivity Alerts
With new connectivity alerts, Logistaas ensures you’re always informed about your system’s status. You’ll receive an instant notification if a connection issue arises: “Error connecting to server. Please check your internet connection.” Once restored, a reconnection alert confirms that you’re back online, minimizing disruptions and keeping your workflows uninterrupted.
Shipper and Consignee Search in Inquiries
Our new shipper and consignee search feature has made inquiry creation faster and more accurate. Users can now directly access and add CRM records from inquiry fields, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This streamlined process reduces errors, saves time, and ensures the accuracy of client data across all inquiries.
View Active Integrations
Gain complete visibility into your active integrations with a centralized dashboard. Admins can now see all manual and automatic integrations at a glance, ensuring seamless management and oversight of connected systems. New Sorting Options for the Invoices Page
Organizing invoices is now faster and more precise. With new sorting options, you can sort by invoice issue date or billable party name using the “Search By” field. This enhancement makes reviewing financial records more efficient, saving time and improving workflow accuracy.
Filter for Incomplete Costs and Revenues Report
Our new client/agent filter for the Incomplete Costs and Revenues Report allows you to focus on specific stakeholders. This feature simplifies financial performance analysis by narrowing data to relevant clients or agents, providing targeted insights for better decision-making.
Accounting Module Feature Updates

Transaction Approval for Accounting Module
Gain control over your financial processes with the new Transaction Approval feature. Admins can specify which financial transactions require approval, ensuring accountability and reducing errors. Notifications alert admins of pending approvals, while flagged transactions are displayed in a dedicated notification box for easy tracking. Transactions can be filtered using the “Show transactions requiring accounting approval” checkbox and approved with a simple review and click.
Add Other Vendors to Accounting
Manage non-operational vendors effortlessly. This update allows you to include vendors outside of your operational workflows in the system, enabling you to generate receivable and payable journal entries. Additionally, access comprehensive financial reports such as Query of Account and Statements of Account to ensure transparent and efficient vendor management.
Employee Contact for Accounting Module Users
Streamline payroll management with the new Employee Contact feature. Add employees to the accounting module to create salary journal entries and generate detailed reports.
